It is with great regret that due to lung cancer, K-9 Mischka of the Lady Lake Police Department, passed away on November 26, 2007.
Mischka’s K-9 career needs no explanation; he was nationally recognized for his talent. He will be greatly missed by friends, my wife and me. We apologize that it has taken us so long to announce his passing, but this has been a heartbreaking moment for our family and we were just not prepared to deal with reality.
